With 2 V-shaped grooves that can be fine-tuned and variable pulleys, each is installed on the "driving end" ( such as the motor shaft ) and "driven end" ( such as the input shaft of the reducer ).
In the middle, a wide "speed belt" is bridged in the "V-groove" groove between the two wheels to transmit the "speed" and "torque".
On one side of the "V-shaped groove" of each wheel, a controller that can move left and right is installed (the AP wheel is manually controlled, and the BP wheel is automatically adjusted with a spring).
By changing the "groove diameter effective contact radius" of its "V-shaped groove", the related "velocity" and "torque" naturally obtain the changed "transmission value".
Normally, the AP wheel is installed on the driving end, and the BP wheel is installed on the driven end. The speed can only be changed during operation ( speed change is prohibited during stop ). There is a black hand wheel on the outside of the AP wheel. , Conversely, when left-handed, the output shaft is accelerated. At the same time, both sides can be driven. When changing the speed, only need to turn the handle, you can change the distance between the main wheel, the speed change wheel and the follower wheel, which will change the position of the belt on the speed change wheel to achieve the effect of speed regulation.
